Northern League Winter Cup
The Northern League Winter Cup took plce on the 10th January 2010 at Glenrothes Fife Institute and was won by Edinburgh Eagles. The format consisted of a knockout tournament with the last two teams playing in the final. Speedhoc Chapel finished runners up.

The 2009-10 play-offs will take place on the 1st May at Aberdeen Sports Village, Aberdeen. The format will be a league where every team will play each other. The team with the most points at the end of the day will take home the 2009/2010 Play-Off Cup.
